Meet my bellydance buddy! I'm done with my first bellydancer plushie. Is she adorable? The design of the costume wasn't thought of beforehand. I just add the details bit by bit during the process. I'm quite satisfied with my first attempt though there are still much room for improvement. I'll find proper cloth for the skirt next time so that I can sew the beads on the skirt and not the skin.
Look, it has a tattoo 'tv' at the back! My nickname, hehehe...

Styling the hair was quite a challenge. I want her to look cute and a lil sexy. So I can't cute her hair too short. Look at her messy hair before styling! She looked spooky.......

Plushing bellydancer

This was an idea from my dance friends late last year, bellydancer plushie. But only yesterday that I really sit down and try making it. With beads that I have, I decided to make one in red costume.
It took me hours to put the tiny beads on the tiny bellydancer. Completed the costume yesterday, front and back. Now I've to continue with the head soon and put them together.
Will post more about my bellydancer plushie once she's completed :D
